Shipping
Āio Sea Moss is prepared fresh in small batches each week. Orders placed by Sunday 11:59pm will be included in the upcoming week's batch. Orders placed after this cut-off will be included in the following week's batch. Orders are typically dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via NZ-wide courier. Delivery is usually 1–2 business days after dispatch, although rural addresses may take longer.
Return policy
Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve it.
