Due to the perishable nature of our products, Āio Sea Moss does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as Āio Sea Moss cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
